We had the pleasure of working with Christiane & Jesse, providing them with their wedding flowers

Christi was not afraid of colour & we think her colour pallet of blue & purples was so beautiful

Ceremony & Reception was held at the beautiful Fantasy Farm in Toronto

We added orchids & greens to the flower girl basket filled with beautiful purple rose petals

Happy Planning!

One of our favorite couples/families of all time!

We absolutely adored this bride & her mom. We worked with them for 12 months, planning their wedding

We met Meghan & her mom, Sandra at our office as they were looking for a wedding planner to help them with budget, design, vendors & all the little details for their August wedding

We had an “Initial Meeting” to discuss their wedding, what the needed from a wedding planner & to see if we were a good match for each other

One week later we got the call…….we were hired!!

Megan had many pictures of what she wanted for her wedding. Our job was to take those pictures & make them happen, within budget & without stress

We provided Full Planning, which includes Wedding Day Management & all Wedding Flowers

Here is Meghan & Kevin’s Special Day at Royal Ashburn Golf Club

Their beautiful wedding was featured on The Wedding Opera’s Blog!!

Floral arrangements for the ceremony

We lined the aisle with rose petals & white lanterns

It was a hot day & Meghan & Kevin wanted their guests to be refreshed during the ceremony so we made this lovely water station w/flavoured water complete with gorgeous hydrangeas, eryngium & hanging amaranthus

By the time we got the bride down the aisle, the water station was dry….I guess the guests enjoyed it!

gorgeous girls!

Brides bouquet on left ~ a mix of ivory white garden rose, spray rose, calla lily, freesia, eryngium, silver brunia & dusty miller & MOH’s bouquet on right ~ vandela & spray roses w/dusty miller

Mr & Mrs!

It was sad to say good-bye to this sweet couple & their families but we will always remember them

Wishing them both a lifetime of love & happiness!

We just loved this couple the first day we met them!

Jenna had a very clear vision of what her wedding should look like & she nailed it. J&C wanted a vintage wedding but instead of using the typical “mason jar” they chose mis-matched vintage vases for their  centerpieces & arrangements

She wanted all her centerpieces & bouquets to feature a single bloom of white flowers

Jenna’s biggest request was that her bouquet had to have peonies! Only problem, peonies are not in season in May….BUT, we found them for her & she was absolutely thrilled!!

Not wanting to spend countless hours & weekends shopping at  antique stores & flea markets, J&C decided to rent all their vintage vases & decor from an amazing vintage rental company located in Whitby~ Southern Charm Vintage Rental

And there is no better venue than Berkeley Church for a vintage wedding!

Here are a few pics we took of Jenna & Collin’s stunning wedding

Ceremony located on the upper level of the venue with its gorgeous stained glass windows

A very special touch. The B&G wanted to have a chair reserved for family members who have passed away

Head table arrangement that featured peonies, cabbage roses, astilbe, vandela roses, hydrangea, tulips, lisianthus & wax flower

in an antique silver footed bowl

Sweet table….yum!!

Each guest table had 3 mis-matched vases on a silver tray & each vase featured a single variety of white flower

here you have hydrangea, ranunculus & gypsophilia ~aka”baby’s breath”

This table had tulips, astilbe & stock

Each bridesmaid carried a bouquet of a single  white bloom, here is a lovely ranunculus bouquet

White rose bouquet

Here we have a hydrangea bouquet

Here comes the bride!

A closer look at the brides bouquet ~ peonies, cabbage roses, vandela rose, silver brunia and wax flower

The “I do’s”

and they live happily ever after……

We wish them both a lifetime of love & happiness!

Lisa & Brandon’s wedding theme was “rustic” as they had their ceremony & reception in a barn

Lisa wanted her bouquet to look like she picked the blooms from the garden, she also wanted a bit of colour too and she requested to have her bouquet wrapped in lace

The bridesmaids bouquets were a mix of white/ivory flowers & succulents wrapped in burlap

One of Lisa’s biggest requests was to have “craspedia” aka: Billy Balls (yellow round flower balls) in her bouquet & all the groomsmen’s boutonniere’s

We also included silver brunia, coral snap dragons & spray roses, succulents, “quicksand” roses, vandela roses, veronica, aster & seeded eucalyptus

Lisa & Brandon had a beautiful video made of their special day!

We had the great pleasure working with this lovely couple. Andrea was such a delight to work with, she has a very bubbly personality

Her wedding flowers reflected her personality perfectly!

Andrea wanted colour & she wanted to incorporate peacock feathers….that was all the instruction she gave us

She did not have any specific blooms in mind. She left that up to us

She was thrilled with her flowers!

We used white & green hydrangeas, purple anemone, tulips, ranunculus, spider mums & peacock feathers

Wrist corsages we made for both the mother of the bride & groom We used a burgundy coloured ranunculus, gypsophilia & of course added in a peacock feather

Found these adorable mini peacocks & we couldn’t resist adding them to the ceremony arrangements

What a great looking wedding party!

We also provided flowers for Mother’s Day for Mill Run Golf Club. guests treated mom to a delicious brunch & mom was able to keep the flower centerpiece!

Not to mention a couple of milestone events to happen to us personally

The graduation ceremony & after party was held at the lovely 4 Season’s Golf Club

My sister got married in June! Not only did I provide my sister with all her flowers (my wedding gift to her), I also helped her plan her wedding, which we planned in 12 weeks!

I had the honour of being my sister’s maid of honour, it was a very special day!

That being said, we always appreciate when photographers and/or couples send us photos of our flowers and weddings we planned/coordinated as we don’t always have the time to take any of our own

Laura was referred to FCL Weddings by the Event Coordinator at Mill Run Golf Club

She said she  had no real idea of what she wanted for her flowers & that she was in need of suggestions

Laura stated her colours were black, white & red…….”what do you suggest”?

Do you like feathers? Why not have all white flowers & I can use black feathers as a coller. She loved the idea!

Here are a few pics from her wedding

“Tracy,

Thank you for doing an amazing job on the flowers & your suggestions”

Tom & Laura

We wish them a lifetime of joy & happiness!

We had the pleasure of working with Annie & Josh, providing them with their wedding flowers

The bride chose gorgeous ivory roses, gerberas & the beautiful natural blues of delphinium & hydrangea for her bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets & Josh’s boutonniere

The crafty bride added her personal touch by decorating the mason jars used for the centerpieces & ceremony flowers

The couple married at the stunning Trillium Trails, located in North Oshawa

With its natural beauty & rustic charm, it attracts many brides & grooms to this venue

See for yourself
